1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a CruxWild Storefronts account or using our platform to build, operate, or sell through a storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
CruxWild Storefronts is a multi-tenant commerce platform that lets merchants launch a branded online store, accept payments via Paystack, and receive order notifications via WhatsApp. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Merchant Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information, product listings, and pricing, and for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including consumer protection and tax obligations in your jurisdiction. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments made by your customers are processed by Paystack under Paystack's own terms of service. CruxWild Storefronts charges the subscription fees described on our Plans page, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to sell illegal goods or services, engage in fraud, infringe on intellectual property rights, or otherwise misuse the platform in a way that harms CruxWild Storefronts, other merchants, or their customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your store content, branding, and product data. CruxWild Storefronts retains ownership of the platform itself, including its design systems, software, and underlying technology.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your storefront will no longer be accessible to customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruxWild Storefronts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost sales or lost data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
